Reflection and Comment

The Story of Flex provides a succinct overview of the development of flexible working in the UK.  The Pioneer interviews and supporting information provide a deep dive into the experience of individuals.   But there is much more to say about how flex was introduced, how it has changed, how it has met (or failed to meet) the needs and expectations of employers and workers over the past fifty years.
