Business alliance of 22 companies to promote flexible working practices, established at the request of the Prime Minister Tony Blair and chaired by Peter Ellwood of Lloyds TSB. The alliance estimated that only one in 10 companies in the UK allowed flexible working; while all members had taken steps to make it widely available to their employees.
