In response to the Taylor report and the PM’s challenge to business, the government’s Good Work Plan included a new Flexible Working Taskforce, jointly led by the Business Department and the CIPD.
The Taskforce looked in particular at how to encourage all jobs to be advertised as flexible from Day One.
